This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, make a purchase from or use The Happy Gut www.happygutguide.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The site is run on wordpress and payments are processed via Stripe and Paypal. When you visit the site, we automatically collect information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. When you purchase membership access or attempt to purchase through the Site, WooCommerce and Stripe/Paypal collects certain information from you, including your name, billing address, payment information (including credit card numbers which is held as encrypted data, stored only as long is necessary to complete the transaction at which point it is removed), email address, and phone number.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you.

We may use the data collected by symptom evaluation form to show the outcomes of the programme. We will ask you to sign a separate consent form to allow up to record and share this information.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for my records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
